    If Qxd3, then Qxd3 cxd3, Kxg2
    If Rxd2, then Bxg6+ followed by Rxd2

      Yes. The game continued 23.Bd3 cxd3 24.Qxg2 Qf5 25.Kf2 and Black resigned ten moves later.
